Employees engagement

An analytical study on employees engagement in Cadbury India ltd. at Malanpur near Gwalior.In 1989, the company started manufacturing operations from its third and newest factory at Malanpur near Gwalior.My object is to study the employees engagement in Cadbury india ltd. Malanpur plant and suggest measure for improvement for the same.Employee engagement refers to building of a high-performance workforce.Company dedicated to building an engaged workforce;experience lower turnover,high scale growth, improved customer satisfaction and overall superior business performance.The main objective of the study is to find out initiative that the company is taking, so as to engage operator into work in a better way, which will result in operators showing innovation and creativity into work.

I was born on 2nd Feb. 1975 in Jabalpur, M.P.(India).I have done B.Tech. in 1996,MBA in 2008 & M.Tech. in 2010.I was married in April 2003.I have a beloved husband (Kamlesh) and a sweet child (Anish).
