Details
Employees can easily, freely switch off from their existing occupations in pursuit of greater chances in today's period of cutthroat competition. As a result, it has become imperative for the HR Manager to develop and implement policies that benefit employees or are concerned about their welfare. In today's world, HR managers have a commitment to establish a work environment that benefits employees while also providing job satisfaction. When drafting policies, the HR manager must consider a number of factors, including: Are the employees content with their work environment? What kinds of issues do they have to deal with? How do they deal with their issues? Do they feel drained by all of these factors? These are some of the important questions that can only be answered by doing extensive research.Employees' psychological and social elements have a significant impact in their lives. The purpose of the study is to see if there is a significant difference in the way employees work, the challenges they face, and their level of job satisfaction in public and private sector banks.
