The recent corporate trends have compelled the organizations to undergo a transformation more rapidly than ever and subsequently the significance of human resources has become more crucial. Though, there have been extensive research in the field but with the changing paradigm, an attempt has been made through this book, to determine the current state of the organizations and examine the impact of an emerging aspect of "Employeeship" in attaining organizational excellence, in Indian scenario.
