Employment Relations

This book addresses employee - employer relations in public and private sector organisations in coastal districts of Andhra Pradesh emphasising on the areas like trade unions, industrial disputes, grievances, discipline, training and development, payment system, change management and so on. Comparisons are drawn between the perceptions of employees and executives working in the selected organisations.

has been working in Samata College affiliated to Andhra University, Visakhapatnam from 2003. She is awarded Ph.D. in Management and is presently working as an Associate Professor teaching courses like Human Resources Management, Marketing Management, Strategic Management and other subjects.
