Empowering Women through Rural Support Programs in Pakistan

The condition of women in Pakistan in general has been terribly adverse since the creation of the country, more than 60 years ago. Their plight has not got any better today and they are still considered third rate citizens. The situation has reached a stage that many women have come to accept this and do not even think of being considered at par with the men in a predominantly male chauvinistic society.
