Enactment of Six-Sigma in Manufacturing Industry

In this book, we analysed one of the quality improvement techniques: Six Sigmain MSME's Producing good quality products and reduce cost is key element of every enterprise and firm .Now days there is very difficult to compete our firms when company go through improvements. So get good results these companies adopt some lean manufacturing process. Six Sigma is introduced in 1986 . Six Sigma seeks to enhance the standard of output by identifying and removing of causes of defects. In this we get data from various industries and apply reliability test , Anova test. And done correlation analysis . From these we get results that how productivity and cost depends on different factors of any industry. These techniques give positive results to companies.

Il Dr. Chandan Deep Singh lavora come professore assistente presso il dipartimento di ingegneria meccanica dell'Università di Punjabi, Patiala. Ha completato il dottorato di ricerca in ingegneria meccanica nel 2016. Ha all'attivo circa 60 pubblicazioni su varie riviste internazionali e ha guidato circa 30 studenti per la tesi di M.Tech.
