Endodontic Mishaps

Endodontic mishaps can occur during any stage of root canal treatment procedures, some are termed as "unfortunate accidents" and some are as a "result of clinicians negligence". Detailed knowledge of various mishaps which can happen during root canal treatment is essential for safe and prudent endodontic treatment.
