Endovascular treatment of femoropopliteal occlusive lesions

The treatment of femoropopliteal occlusive lesions has evolved considerably with the progress of endovascular techniques. However, the anatomical features of this region, the characteristics of the lesions and the different materials proposed mean that the indications remain poorly codified.The objectives of this work were to analyze the results of endovascular treatment at this level and to determine the factors that predict failure of these procedures.
