English Language Teachers' Attitude Towards Ethnic Languages

Ethnicity is an undeniable phenomenon of human society. Language is one of the important component of ethnicity. Every human being loves his or her own language and is not ready to give the status of his own language to any other language. Instrumental motivation is an important aspect which motivates someone to learn the language of those who are developed in the world. He tries to learn the language of those who are prosperous and wants to use it as a tool for his own success. But he does not want to give the status to this particular language as his own language.
