English Teachers' Reflectivity Enhanced Through Action Research

This book focuses on classroom performance of pre-service English teachers'. Starting from the most important issue; language teaching is not given appropriate justice at various levels in school in Gujarat. It was felt that reconstructions of pre-service teacher are highly essential for teacher's professionalization and empowerment. Pre-service teacher has to act as a facilitator and mentor in organizationally focused active learning in order to keep pace with the growing needs of the society. For maintaining quality and achieving excellence in pre-service teacher education, action research and reflective teaching is highly essential.
