Enhancement of citizen satisfaction in municipal service delivery

The book covers municipal councils process for quality service delivery and citizen satisfaction. The main objectives of the research was identified in order to measured citizen satisfaction. The book also highlighted the determining factors for citizen satisfaction in municipal councils; such as quality municipal services, community participation and municipal awareness. Public choice theory was used in the study. Relationship among the variables was investigated using the comprehensive data collected from local communities. Hypotheses was postulated to show the relationship that existed within the research variables. SPSS Software version 23 was used to analysed the data. Amos graphic was also used for multivariate analysis. Comprehensive framework was developed for the purpose of enhancing citizen satisfaction.

Muhammad Umar Bello was born on April 6, 1976. He is indigene of Bauchi local government of Bauchi State, Nigeria. He graduated from ATBU, Bauchi and UDUS for his first degree and masters degree respectively. He is currently working with ATBU as a Lecturer in the Dept of Estate Management & Valuation. He is Happily married with children.
