Circular interpolation was used to generate tool path and this need to define the tool radius and radius of curvature in addition to define the cutting direction if it is clockwise or counter clockwise. In addition many other parameters had been considered in the machining process of the proposed surface to find the best tool path and G-code. Side step, feed rate and cutting speed had been studied as machining factors affecting tool path generation process, also Artificial Neural Network technique had been considered to find the best tool path depending on the cutting parameters that proposed in this work while surface roughness was the characteristic that the tool path process and G-code generation depends on it. MATLAB software had been used to generate tool path for 27 samples, the machining parameters were (3) therefore the minimum number of experiments should be not less than 27. The random samples 21 were taken for training the network and 6 random samples for test the network. In addition UG-NX had been used to generate tool path and G-code for one sample to compare it with the proposed tool path that generated depending on the mathematical.
