In the modern lifestyle, the obligation of learning English has no longer becomes a political or colonial issue but rather for scientific and technological utilities. Though English is an adapted language in many countries it explores its roots and has become the part and parcel of the communication medium. The ability to speak English fluently internationalizes the outlook of the people in the judgment of the other languages used for communication. English is the language of international business, technology, science and, travel and the ability to speak in English is a kind of linguistic power. It is not only the language of Great Britain and the U.S but also the language of the world nowadays.Kurdistan is the region that gives special status to English and several English medium schools are commonly found there. In this book I'm trying to come up with Some approaches for Enhancing Speaking Skills in English as a Second Language.
