Entrepreneurial activity of individuals

In the context of modern political and economic instability, the realization of citizens' entrepreneurial abilities is particularly important for the effective development of society. The current legislation in the entrepreneurial sphere does not represent a full-fledged complete system of norms and can rather be characterized as a set of basic provisions, which do not provide for all the diversity and versatility of entrepreneurial issues. Moreover, this regulatory system is characterized by internal contradictions, as well as incomplete compliance with the provisions of other branches of law related to civil law (constitutional, administrative, family, tax, financial, budgetary and others). There have been significant changes in the civil legislation in this part, which also require scientific analysis.
