Entrepreneurial Management implies a combination of managerial thinking and an entrepreneurial one. This relatively new field of study has high relevance for managers of established companies as it provides an answer on how to remain competitive and successful. This book makes a valuable input toward the field of Entrepreneurial Management from both the theoretical part, by covering the most relevant studies about Entrepreneurial Management up to this point, and from the practical aspect, by applying the theory to established companies in Germany and Ukraine. The book provides some useful implications, by giving examples of entrepreneurial behavior and factors that can help to facilitate such practice in established companies.

Olga Rotar has two higher education. She studied Business Administration at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and International Economic Relations at Odessa State University. The native Ukrainian lives and works in Munich.
