ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND AGRIBUSINESS

Every organization, whether small or large, is part of a vast, global business world. Business is part of society, but at the same time, it is a separate entity, clearly separated from society itself. The business is involved in ongoing exchanges with the external environment through split lines. So through the business resources are incorporated, performing various activities, etc. Business activities are in direct correlation with other social entities, and the management in the organizations themselves is responsible for that interdependence. Business must adapt to changes in the environment. The key to business survival often lies in the ability to effectively adapt to conditions. So, the entire responsibility lies with the management who conceptualizes the relationship between the organizations and the environment. For those reasons, this book will describe all the characteristics of entrepreneurship and its connection with agribusiness.

Ph.D. Katerina Kareska nasceu a 4 de dezembro de 1984 em Prilep, R.Macedónia, onde vive atualmente. Em 2015, defendeu com sucesso a sua tese de doutoramento intitulada: "Abordagem integrada da gestão da qualidade total para obter vantagem competitiva das organizações" e obteve o grau de doutor em economia.
