Entrepreneurship as a Tool for Reducing Unemployment

The struggle of women for equal rights in Ecuador has been marked by the difference known as "gender gap", which does not allow their economic independence and thus does not allow them to achieve a better quality of life, so the application of an essential tool called entrepreneurship as a proposal for the development of the peripheral sectors of Ecuador and thus to improve the social and economic situation of each of the users of CIBV, that is to say, to potentiate the valorization of their knowledge, capacities and abilities, turning them into women producers and contributing to the decrease of unemployment through the creation of jobs with these innovative enterprises.
