The following book pertains to HR-departments within modern internalized companies. It defines and analyses the role of Experience and Corporate Entrepreneurship on the basis of interviews with HR-managers. The first step was reviewing the MNC-related literature. The main goal of that review was to present the changing role of the subsidiaries. In that section the function of subsidiaries was accordingly taken into consideration. Building upon this review the second goal was to carry out a study that defines the terms of Experience and Corporate Entrepreneurship on the basis of HR-managers' opinion. Within the book you will find answers to the following questions: 1. What are the features that an "entrepreneurial HR-department" possesses? 2.
