ENVIRONMENTAL CRIMES

One of the main functions of the state is to fight against the crime. Economic, social, and cultural development of state is inextricably linked to ensuring the safety of citizens of this country. At present, the fight against the environmental crime. The urgency of this problem is beyond doubt. Objective reality indicates that environmental crime is becoming an increasingly dangerous phenomenon: with each the number of registered environmental crimes is growing over the year, new types of environmentally significant criminal behavior appear the damage to the environment, life and health of people, environmental safety of the population and territories increases. It is not only the steady growth trend that attracts attention to environmental crime, but also organization and professionalism of its forms, which leads to the disastrous consequences.

O autor é gestor de projectos na Autoridade Nacional de Túneis (NAT). A sua experiência é dividida em dois campos: prático e académico. Desde a sua licenciatura, trabalhou em muitos projectos de infra-estruturas, como engenheiro de obra, engenheiro de controlo de qualidade e gestor de projeto. É doutorado pela Universidade do Cairo na área da Engenharia e Gestão da Construção.
