The aim of this topic is to demonstrate that due to concern for the environment, the implementation of Environmental Management in hotels brings numerous advantages for all those involved, both directly and indirectly. The environment benefits directly from the natural resources that are conserved and preserved, and the company, regardless of its size, will have quality services that are prioritised for excellence and the loyalty of its customers and employees.
