Epitome of the Legal Framework for the Protection of Refugees

The international protection of Refugees cannot be more apt than this period when the World is engulfed in series of war and crisis that have left hundreds of thousands of people fleeing their countries and crossing an international border to find safety in another country. As pointed out by the author, Refugee law remains inchoate despite the avalanche of literature and international instruments on the subject. It is against this background that this work is titled "EPITOME OF THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR THE PROTECTION OF REFUGEES".This book is an eloquent presentation of the current issues on refugee protection. As aptly captured by the author, "refugees' needs cost a huge sum and making it the responsibility of the international community is necessary as to share the burden. Without this, many countries will be unwilling to host refugees and quality standards may fail given that hosts may have less to maintain standards" should be welcomed into the jurisprudence of International Law.
