EQ, Academic & Personality Traits

There are considerable evidence showed that emotional intelligence and personality is a determinant of success in a variety of occupational settings Most of these outcomes were related to job performance, mental health, academic success, career success, positive personal qualities and well-being. This monograph reported on whether the EQ, Personality Traits and Previous Academic Performance correlate with medical students' future performance.

He is working as a senior lecturer at Department of Medical Education, School of Medical Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia. He has published more than 70 articles in journals, monographs and conference proceedings either at national or international level mainly in areas related to medical education, student wellbeing and psychological health.
