This book is based on the founding work of H.Igor Ansoff the father of Strategic Management, a concept at the core of modern business. Dr. Ansoff's seminal work represented a ground breaking approach to modelling strategic capability ans strategic choice that has influenced entire generations of managers and strategists. The peak of Ansoff's work has been identified by the definition of the Strategic Success Paradigm, specifically the study of the alignment of an industry environmental turbulence level assessment, firm's strategic aggressiveness, and general management capability responsiveness. The more the three variables are aligned, the more the firm will achieve optimal strategic potential or financial performance. The Author is extending the Ansoffian paradigm to the world of Investment Valuation, therefore linking Strategic Management and Finance. The result of that is that now Finance Professionals can count on an alternative powerful methodology to enhance the added value of the conventional financial/investment analysis methodologies.

In the mid 80's, the Author took a few graduate classes with Dr. Igor Ansoff the father of Strategic Management . Those were instrumental to his long and successful career on Wall Street. During his recent doctoral studies, he revisited Ansoff's paradigm and became a proponent to use that as an Equity Investment Valuation alternative methodology.
