ERP- A Roadmap to Success

ERP is the technique and concept for integrated management of businesses as a whole, for the effective utilization of resources to improve the efficiency of enterprise management. Industries are investing large amounts in the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems with an expectation to get high returns in terms of huge direct and indirect benefits. The effective use of such an information system now a days has become a major concern for industries striving to reach their performance objectives. The purpose of the study is to give an insight to those who want to implement ERP.

He has received his M.Tech degree from SLIET, Longowal, Punjab(Deemed to be University and Estd. by Govt of INDIA. He is currently Pursuing Ph.D & has published various papers in Conferences & Journals. His main Interests are ERP,RMS, SCM.
