In the present circumstances, the world's energy sector is in a situation of considerable uncertainty, with extremely serious consequences for Russia, which is one of the world's energy leaders and the largest player in the international energy markets. The energy sector and the export of energy sources occupy a special position in the Russian economy, and their dynamics influence the sustainability of the national economy. The current situation in the world energy market is represented by the uncertain market outlook that emerged from the diversification of supply sources between Europe and the USA, and demand growth in Asia, which poses a major challenge for Russia - to expand exports and create a new market model.
