Essential Handbook of German

German is the main working language of the European Union and is considered the language of science and technology. In addition to German, German is the state language of Austria and Switzerland, and the language of communication of peoples living in countries such as Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, southeastern France, northern Italy, the Czech Republic and Hungary. Therefore, it is necessary to further strengthen the teaching of German in our country. This should be introduced not only in the field of philology and linguistics, but also in the training of personnel in various fields. For example, the majority of tourists coming to our country are from German-speaking countries, which bring significant foreign exchange investment in the country. It is natural that travelers and guides' thorough knowledge of the German language will increase their interest in our ancient cities, historical monuments and our country in general. The German language curriculum in higher education should include more teaching, psychology and methodological subjects. This guarantees much-needed professional training for the teacher.

Author Kurbanova Nargiza Samadovna was born in 1972 in Shahrisabz district of Kashkadarya region. From 2019 she worked at the Tashkent State Pedagogical Institute named after Nizami. Since 2020 she has been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages, Faculty of LANGUAGES, Pedagogical Institute of Karshi State University.
