Essential medicines supply system

Accessibility and availability of medicines is a major issue in health systems worldwide and particularly in Africa. In sub-Saharan Africa, access to quality essential medicines is a major public health problem. The present work illustrates the situation in one region of Cameroon, one of the most developed, the South. In the content, the national health system, the essential drug supply system, its difficulties and proposed solutions to improve access and availability of the drug at all levels of the health pyramid.

Sem pai desde os 11 anos de idade, Nno Christian obteve o seu BEPC em 2006 nos Camarões do Sul, o estagiário em 2008 e o Bacalaureat em 2009 na região dos Camarões Centrais. Com a orientação da sua mãe, entrou para a Faculdade de Medicina e Ciências Biomédicas em 2010, obtendo o Doutoramento Estatal em Farmácia em 2017.
