Abdulhakimov Zuhrali Tursunalievich was born on November 9, 1975 in the village of Toda, Pop district, Namangan region of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 1982-1993 he graduated from the 43 rd boarding school in Pop district. In 1993-1998 he graduated from Namangan State University, Faculty of Geography. 1998-2004 - teacher of "Economics" department.
