This book has been written for the use of students, teachers, tutors, instructors and lecturers of Colleges of Technology, Monotechnics, Polytechnics, Universities, Research Institutes and all forms of tertiary educational institutions offering construction-related courses. The book will enable students of tertiary institutions to understand the fundamentals of estimating, price analysis and build-up of rates for construction works. Dr. Abdullateef Adewale Shittu was born on 8th October 1974 in Minna, Niger State, Nigeria. He holds a PhD in Quantity Surveying from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. He is currently an Associate Professor at Federal University of Technology Minna, Nigeria. He has so many publications in construction-related areas.
