Estimation of Chemical Weathering of Source Rock of Narmada River

The most interesting parts of research on fluvial geochemistry have emerged after the seminal work of calculating the amount of different chemical species based on the dissolved sediments in riverwater. Again the provenance rock characteristics can also be catagorise with the help of it. So contents of this monograph helps to draw a mathematical approach to quantify riverwater to its actual major components and broadly indicates its provenance rock.

Subhra Mullick completed her Pre graduation(B.Sc degree) from Presidency College, Kolkata, India, one of the East India's first institutions having Geology Department. Next she completed her MS from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee and during her dissertation work on geochemistry of Narmada riverwater there, she came out with this monograph.
