All these changes have presented on the one hand a very dynamic world of increased population, inflation, social consumption, and on the other hand limited and valuable resources (natural and human) rather than an intense competition between different companies to extend their market share and this makes the ethical decision making process a complex and a difficult task.So the question that it should be asked here; what is that "right decision", is it that one that increases profits and maximizes shareholders financial satisfaction, or is it that one that serves the client's interests ...
