Ethical Issues in Public Health Policy

In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to ethical issues in the context of protection of health of population. In particular, this issue has acquired special significance after the adoption of the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights. The paper considers the ethical aspects of public health as well as the modern development of public health in Azerbaijan, legislation and policies in this field and the reflection of bioethical principles in it.
