Ethnopsychology. Comparative analysis

The scientific novelty of the research is seen in the fact that for the first time it studied in a complex the phenomena of group and ethnic identity of a person on the example of employees of Russian and German production organizations, revealed the features and the ratio of these types of identity in Russian and German employees, their common and distinctive characteristics. Theoretical significance of the study lies in the fact that it clarified the features of manifestation of group and ethnic identity in employees of Russian and German production organizations, which allows to use its main provisions and the results obtained to expand the theoretical basis of social psychology, further development of the socio-psychological theory of group and ethnic identity. The set of methods developed and tested in the study can be used in the diagnostic work of socio-psychological services and laboratories of various organizations. The materials of the study can be used in the course of training and retraining of professional psychologists in universities in the reading of courses "Social Psychology", "Organizational Psychology" "Psychology of the group", "Psychology of the group subject".
