It is based on phenomena that do not alter the fundamental nature of a body.The notion of metrology is applicable to all fields of science and technology. Mr Jean Claude Mbuyamba Mulumba has a degree in physical mathematics from the Institut Supérieur Pédagogique de Mbujimayi, and teaches at the Kanshi/ miba secondary and technical school.
