Europe as a learning field

The education and training deals with living conditions of children and adolescents in contemporary European societies and reflects educational EU concepts of childhood and youth as well as learning contents of European political and social history and the political system of the European Union. With the White Paper "A New Impetus for European Youth" in 2001, European youth policy reached a temporary high point.
