She is Fellow of the British Academy and Research Fellow at the University of Leicester Efficiency and Productivity Research Centre (EPRC), UK. She is the author of Turkish Banking: Banking Under Political Instability and Chronic High Inflation (with Yener Altunbas and Alper Kara).
