European Capital Markets Union

The project of the European Capital Markets Union (CMU) was announced from the former president of the European Commission Jean Claude Junker as the project with the highest priority for the European Union (EU). The CMU have to accomplish the European Banking Union (BU), but differently from it should not be related with much regulation in order to attract the UK to the EU. The paper weight up the advantages and disadvantages of the project and offer some suggestions. A special chapter of the paper is also devoted on the Brexit and the possible ways after it.
