This handbook contains one of the eight optional modules of the European Master Programme European Perspectives on Social Inclusion for a degree of European Master of Development Studies in Social and Educational Sciences. This module is designed to help students to discover and to understand the chronic illness determinants of social exclusion and the actual and the potential innovations toward inclusiveness. Dieses Handbuch enthält eines der acht Wahlmodule des europäischen Masterstudienganges Europäische Perspektiven sozialer Inklusion, der zum akademischen Grad des European Master of Development Studies in Social and Educational Sciences führt. Das Modul fokussiert sowohl auf die Determinanten, die zu sozialer Ausgrenzung bei chronischer Krankheit führen, als auch auf die innovativen Potentiale in Hinblick auf Inklusion. Acest volum este unul din cele opt module de curs opionale din cadrul Programului de Master European Perspective Europene asupra Incluziunii Sociale pentru o diplom de absolvent Sociale pentru o diplom de absolvent în Master European de Studii ale Dezvoltrii în Stiine Sociale si Educaionale.
