Evaluation of personnel management and its impact on care

Personnel management is the most important lever in any company, since it is the basis for the production of all other resources. We therefore carried out a research project on the theme of evaluating personnel management and its impact on health care, with the general objective of determining the management of personnel,We carried out a descriptive, prospective, cross-sectional study, using questionnaires and interviews as our data collection techniques, and probabilistic sampling with an exhaustive sample of 47 people.After investigation, we came to the conclusion that personnel management at Kamina general referral hospital needs to be improved.
