Evaluation of the quality of health care and services

Quality assurance is a continuous process. No health care environment is free of quality deficiencies, whether it is the most modern urban hospital or a simple village clinic. The evaluation was carried out in a health centre in the African context. It assessed the level of quality of care and services offered. This document provides a methodology and proposes tools and criteria for assessing the quality of care and services across its dimensions.
