Formed evapi are grilled.Macedonian kjebapi ( ), Serbian, Bosnian and Croatian evapi and Bulgarian kebabcheta ( ) are made of both pork and beef. A serving usually consists of 5-10 pieces, served with white bread, minced red pepper, salt and onions.
