Evidence in cybercrimes

Cybercrime constitutes in general a factor of underdevelopment to the Congolese national economy; curiously, it is likely to cause several victims when it is the work of those in charge of a certain category of people, in this case, certain officers of our army. For this reason, only the best justice is desirable in order to separate the parties, to promote a social balance between the general interest and the private economy and to give to each one according to his merit in accordance with our penal legislation, both civil and military.
