Examining the Implementation Obstacles of the E-Commerce Law

Examining the implementation obstacles of the e-commerce law and compensation for damages caused by breach of contract is a phenomenon of the new century. In relation to the obstacles to the development and expansion of electronic business in the Islamic Republic of Iran and providing a suitable model for its use in Iran, some materials have also been stated. Many economists, specialists and futurists are of the opinion that in recent years a revolution similar to the industrial revolution has taken place, which has brought the world into the information age and has undergone a profound transformation in many economic, social and cultural aspects of human life. One of the dimensions of this development is the deep changes that have occurred in the economic relations of most people, companies and the government.
