Examining the recent Technological changes in HRM practice

This study seeks to identify and examine the company with technological capabilities and how it has been able to achieve more than those without these abilities, making use of internal and external IT capabilities. In as much as technology has simplified our lives, it has also initiated some problems that relate to HR, this is why this book has attempted to address some of these challenges. This book will be of great importance to various groups of people such as policy makers and HR managers in various organizations. The research will also help the management of organizations to discover other new technologies which they could employ in carrying out HR duties. This will assist them come up with better techniques, which will translate into improved employee performance. This book will also benefit future researchers who will conduct research on the same or similar topic with hopes to learn more about the use of technology in HR practice.
