Details

The issue of aid in multilateral cooperation between the European Union and CEMAC is reflected in the financing of several projects. The EDF is indeed the main European program set up for the development of CEMAC. Despite the plethora of financial and technical instruments mobilized, the integration process and hence the materiality of socioeconomic development has not really borne the promise of these programs, hence the urgency of reforming the priority sectors of cooperation between the European Union and CEMAC in order to escape the structural violence imposed by globalization.
