Expected Outcome of E-Government for Sustainable National Development

Over the years, most of the Government Projects or Programs have been poorly implemented or failed to deliver valuable output and outcome for economic benefits to the society and overall national development. This book covered the expected outcome of e-government; recognize different applications and the fields of applying e-government as well as benefits and mitigating factors affecting the implementation of e-government. Also, the book developed strategies element, and identified stakeholders in developmental phase of e-government and concept of sustainable development as its relate to economy growth. Furthermore, the book introduced methods and measures for monitoring and evaluating a project with decision making approaches to guide Professional Civil Servant in e-government project implementation for social and political changes to improve decision making in implementing a given Government project. The book will assist the Professional Civil Servant (PCS) to know the expected outcome of e-government and various ways of carrying out monitoring and evaluation of the e-government outcome and its development.

Raufu Oluwatoyin Raheem hails from Ologbon Compound in Igbeti, Oyo State, Nigeria. He had ND & HND (Mech. Engr.) from The Polytechnic Ibadan; PGD from FUT-Minna; Master Degree (Mech. Engr.) from FUTA-Nigeria and PhD in Engineering from Seoul National University, South Korea. He is working with Ministry of Communications & Digital Economy, Nigeria.
