Experimental data based model formulation for engine assembly process

The presented work in this book focus on the model formulation for the engine assembly process. The approach known as experimental data based modeling is used for the model formulation for the two major responses. The present book used the design of experimental work for establishing approximate generalized empirical model for Human Energy and Crankshaft Assembly Time on the basis of an experimentation data chosen, using this methodology of an engineering experimentation. It also includes analysis of mathematical model in terms of its sensitivity analysis, reliability and optimization. Designing of an experimental setup for measurement of Energy, and time required for each processing operations is mentioned in this book.This book has been written for the researcher to know the model formulation for the engine assembly process used in the various engine manufacturing industries. The main objective of the book is to bridge the gap between the academic and the industries. Tech. and received the Best teacher award by the AISSMS Society Pune.
