Experimental Investigation of Process Parameters in EDM Process
Details
This book presents the extensive research carried out on EDM machining of novel nitinol material which is widely used for aerospace, automobile and biomedical applications. By experimentation effects of EDM process parameters on material removal rate and surface were determined and later on taguchi optimization technique is used to optimize the results. Maximum material removal takes place for higher current and voltage parameters and vice-versa for surface roughness condition.
