Explicit formulations of the pressure loss coefficient

Master's thesis developed in the Graduate Program in Agricultural Engineering at the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM) in 2017. This book is aimed at students of Agronomy and Engineering, as well as researchers in the field, who seek knowledge regarding the head loss coefficient in pressurized conduits and the relationships involved. It contains the established formulation of Darcy and Weisbach, as well as that of authors Colebrook and White, and several other scholars in the field.
