This book is the outcome of extensive research into one of the least explored avenues in Translation Studies. Explicitation strategies of implicit meanings have not received adequate attention from researchers and translationists in the literature. This being the case, this translation phenomenon has been found to be among the root causes of poor translation which stems from distortion and misrepresentation of meaning.
